It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Returns

Angry Offroad Products:

Please Note: All of our paracord grab handles, door handles, and door limiting straps are custom made to your specifications, for that reason these items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds issued in the following manner:

Unopened – 20% restocking fee
Opened, but non-installed – 20% restocking fee
Opened, partially installed – Contact Us for Details
Opened, completely installed - Will not be accepted
A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF DAMAGED PARTS

Shipping is ALWAYS Non-Refundable. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and received by AngryOffRoad within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns 14 days from receipt of product. No Exceptions. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted. All returns must have a signature confirmation. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! If a shipment is missing any parts,the customer must notify AngryOffRoad no later than 5 business days from date of receipt. Customer is responsible for replacing all missing parts after 5 days. When packages appears damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Direct claims to the carrier. We package ALL products at the utmost care. It is the responsibility of the customer to request insurance of product at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for broken shipments where insurance is not selected or requested. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order.

Guarantee/Warranty

All parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. No warranty is expressed or implied if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Each product has the manufacturer warranty listed on each product page.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Claims

Limited Lifetime Warranty products carry a lifetime warranty on complete failure of lighting components only and does not cover other manufacturing aspects of each product. If Flashtech determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in material or workmanship, Flashtech will honor your warranty based on the following schedule, which measures the number of days from the original date of purchase.

0 - 60 Days: Flashtech will repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion. If it is repaired, all parts, labor, and return shipping are covered by Flashtech.

61 Days - 1 Year: The defective product is eligible for repair only. All parts and labor, are covered by Flashtech. The customer will incur all shipping cost.

After 1 Year: The customer is responsible for labor costs and return shipping. All parts are covered by Flashtech.

All Other Warranty Claims

Once an item has proven to be defective under normal operating conditions and fall within the designated warranty period for each item, the following options are available.

Option 1) Contact Flashtech within 48 hours of defective part. An RMA number will be given upon description of defective product(s). The old item will be sent back to Flashtech and once the item has been inspected and tested to be faulty from normal wear a new item of equal or greater value will be sent. The customer will have to pay return shipping.

Option 2) Contact Flashtech within 48 hours of defective part. Describe the defective part, show proof of purchase and pay a $25.00 per item core charge + shipping and a new item will be mailed out immediately. An RMA number will be given you will have 60 days from the day the RMA number is given to send old part(s) back. Once the old part(s) are sent back and tested bad the core charge minus shipping will be refunded.

DOA (dead on arrival) If an item comes DOA (dead on arrival) the two options above still need to be used. The only difference is shipping will be refunded for an item that is determined to be sent not working.
